You may ask yourself, why do I need instruction, it looks easy enough?
It may look easy but it is not. Even if you have a pilots license or full scale flight experience, you will benefit from R/C flight instruction. People that have spent many hours on a computer flight simulator have problems with out proper R/C flight instruction. With the aid of an instructor your chances of being successful are much greater and the chances of crashing your model are much less.
We have club members experienced in training others to fly R/C. Just because someone is able to fly themselves does not mean that they are able to teach others. We have developed a training program that if followed by a new pilot will be able to solo with confidence.
We recommend that new pilots train with the use of a buddy cord system. We also recommend the Futaba brand of transmitter in the new pilots training airplane. We can also train with the Airtronics and JR system but we are better equipped with the Futaba system.
